I saw this guy on a recent trip to Panama. He crawled out of a river and sat on the grass sunning himself for a while...Really amazing, look how long his tail is and his floppy lizard mohican...
A lady told me they are called "borrachos del rio" which means river drunks, but I can't find any mention of that.
Anybody know what he is?
